Our shop doors have been closed for a month already - wow, we miss you. And although our staff currently is not working, we thought it was time we finally give them their own proper spotlights.

If you've been in the shop at least once since last summer, you've likely met AJ, our ever chipper Organization Guru (unofficial title). AJ has been a rockstar; he started just before our August grand opening, and hit the ground running. From the very beginning, he's always been willing to go the extra mile, and does so in good humor. The shop has truly been better with him around and although he'll be leaving us soon (he's transferring to UW River Falls), we hope that we'll be able to recruit him from time to time to work events with us.

Get to know AJ a little by learning his favorite things to do in Duluth...

1. Go to all the cute little coffee shops with friends to study. (Amity, Amazing Grace, Dunn Bros Lakeside).
2. Hiking on the hills to see over the whole city (especially by Enger Tower to get a full view).
3. Adventure around Canal Park (especially Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory).

Coffee, hiking, and chocolate. What's not to love? Since you can't visit AJ at the shop right now, he'll gladly accept virtual high fives and hopes that he can cross paths with many of you again!
